High-quality polypropylene and low linear based filler masterbatches
We manufacture high-quality polypropylene and low linear based filler masterbatches designed to enhance the performance and cost-effectiveness of your polymer applications. Our versatile range of grades offers solutions for various applications including woven sacks, lamination, and low denier applications.
Specialized formulations for different applications
Our most popular grade, PP MAN is a versatile formulation suitable for woven sack and similar applications. Allows for loading of 10 to 35%. However, loadings of up to 50% have also been accepted, depending upon application.
A 20:80 formulation with a higher proportion of high-flow polymer, which allows for higher output even with greater loading in lamination applications, without putting stress on the screw barrel or increasing torque. Allows for loading up to 50% in lamination application.
A 25:75 formulation with special additives for improving parameters of the final product. It enhances gloss and strength in the final product, while allowing for higher loading in low denier applications. It also contains higher proportions of primary antioxidants which prevents yellowing or degradation of the final product over its life. Allows for loading up to 50% depending upon application.
Our most popular grade in low linear, LL MAN is a versatile 20:80 formulation suitable for woven sack ESPECIALLY for manufacturing of HDPE Cement Bags for more elongation and similar application. Allows for loading of 10 to 35%. However, loadings of up to 50% have also been accepted, depending upon application.
