Filler Masterbatch & Compound
These compound based filler masterbatches can be manufactured with various fillers including calcium carbonate, talc, glass fibre, barite, kaolin, etc. As a general rule, these compounds guarantee an increase of 10-15% in extruders as thermal transfer coefficient and concentration of fillers is higher compared to polyolefins. The material decrease the raw material cost, and improves thermal welding workability of polyolefins.
These Masterbatches are manufactured with ultrafine Calcium Carbonate ( CaCO3) in PE/PP/HD Based. The Grades available with Polymer content ranging from 15% to 30%. Dosage of Filler masterbatch can start from 10% to 50%.
PP / PE CALCIUM FILLER MASTERBATCH
Calcium carbonate filler masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of calcium carbonate and other additives which is processed through a heat process into a carrier polymer resin such as PP, LD, LLDPE.CaCo3 concentrates usually contain from 60% to as high as 90% of CaCO3 in the polymer matrix and are commonly based on polyolefin (PE or PP) resins, though other polymers (PS, EPS, ABS etc.)

Transparent Filler Masterbatch is a high quality filler masterbatches made of inorganic / organic transparent powder and other special additives based in a Polyolefine( PE / PP ) carrier.
Applications
Woven Sacks, Raffia Tape
PP or PE woven sacks are now the most common material used for storing and transporting many. We manufacture filler as well as color masterbatches for woven sacks made of PP / PE with highest loading, compatible with maximum possible strength and qualtiy.
Non Woven Sacks
Unlike woven sacks , where the PP or PE filaments/yarns are weaved together after extrusion to create sheets; nonwoven sacks are bonded together mechanically, chemically or thermally.

Color Masterbatch
We manufacture colour masterbatches combining high-performance organic & inorganic pigments and genuine polymer raw materials. Besides the PANTONE colour chart, we have our own colour chart comprising of over hundreds colours, we are capable of making new and distinctive colour masterbatch as per the requirements of our customers, we also analyse our customers samples at our laboratories under sophisticated machines and through stringent physical and chemical tests that are carried out by means of high-precision machines including spectrophotometer, MFI, ash testers run along sensitive methods for quality inspection. The colour masterbatches that we manufacture can be employed in polyethylene , polypropylene, polystyrene , ABS , thermoplastics, EVA, engineering plastics and special compounds.
Based on our customer requirements, we can further impart ultraviolet strength, flame retardancy, antistatic properties, antioxidant properties, blowing(foam) agent character i s tics , proces s improvement capability, and enhanced impact strength to the colourmasterbatches.

White Masterbatch
Our range of White Masterbatches are manufactured with high quality and micronized Titanium Dioxide with specific base resin and additive for best suitability in end application. Our expertise in this domain has also enabled us to offer wide range of White Masterbatches, which render maximum whiteness index, and opacity to a product. It is reckoned for its capacity to uniquely couple various loading of TiO2 with the specific polymer.
POLYCOLOR WHITE Masterbatches are available in PP, PE, PET, PS AND EVA base resins for various applications. White Masterbatch provide brightness and whiteness when the whiteness of plastic is not sufficient enough. Recommended for Blown Film, Injection & Blow Moulding, Raffia.
